About becoming a Personal trainer:

I first started exercising when I worked on a cruise ship, I needed something to give me more energy, exercising was my solution. I then trained with a fantastic Personal Trainer in Bermuda, who showed me how I can transform my body, by not only doing cardio but by lifting weights. From then on I knew I had found my passion in life, inspiring and supporting others to reach their fitness potential.

Fitness speciality:

Since that time I have tried everything from Triathlons, half marathons to competing in 3 IFBB bikini Body Building competitions. For my bikini competitions I designed my own 12 week program, so I have extensive experience in weight loss, while maintaining muscle definition.
In Austria I trained my Boot Campers for 10km races and triathlons, preparing training plans and coaching them on endurance nutrition.

Favorite training style:

I believe variety is the spice of life, so combining your training with functional equipment ranging from Kettlebells to Suspension training, each person must discover what they enjoy. Personally, I have seen changes with my fitness and body by combining weight lifting, functional training and high intensity cardio routines.

Fitness advice:

About becoming a Personal trainer:

I grew up doing lots of sports – skiing,cycling,playing volleyball at high level and competing in fitness competitions. I have always wanted to work in the fitness industry to inspire people.

Fitness speciality:

In Ireland I worked in a broad range of gyms, gaining knowledge and experience teaching Spinning, BootCamps, Body Combat, Pilates, TRX, Box-Excise, Kettlebells and High Intensity Circuits. I specialise in weight loss, pre and post natal, strength and conditioning, functional training and healthy nutritional.

Favorite training style:

I train regularly and I love training with other people and being coached by professionals, which I believe helps me become a better Personal Trainer. I do Cross-Fit, Powerlifting and Olympic lifting. My goal is to compete in this division in the near future.
