Stretch and Recover
When 30 minute high intensity class does not allow for group stretching, we encourage you to stay for 20 minute for post workout stretching. We utilize our foam rollers and other stretching and recovery techniques to help you avoid injury and stretch your muscles. All gym members are welcome.
