This is high intensity body weight training exclusive to PEAK. Expect to push yourself as hard as you can to reap the benefits of burning more fat for hours after you have finished the class, gaining cardio and strength benefits. The structure of the class changes weekly to ensure constant progression or maintenance of your fitness level.
This 30 minute interval based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy day gets started. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
The base for a strong body lies on a strong core. Work on improving your posture and strengthening your core muscles in this fun energetic claas. Highly recommended for postnatal clients or fitness beginners.
Box yourself FIT! This is a contact based class using punching bags and gloves. The instructor guides the class through boxing combinations and drills, which benefits the upper body and core strength as well as releasing stress.
